Do you think you may need to do a Short Sale?

After completing a comparative market analysis of your property, to determine the potential sales price of your property, we may need to look at alternative options on the sale of your home, such as a Short Sale.  A Short Sale may be an option, if the potential net proceeds from the sale of your home (sale price, minus existing mortgages and liens, closing costs and other fees on the sale of your home) does not cover the amount owed, and the lender(s) is(are) willing to accept a payoff that is less than the actual payoff of the mortgage(s).   During the listing and sale  process, the lender(s) will review the short sale package (that we have assisted you to prepare for submission) to prove the hardship in order for the lender to approve the payoff at a lessor amount. David Rosenstein has extensive experience closing short sales and is designated "Certified Distressed Property Expert", "Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant", and a "Certified Short Sale Professional".
